Looks like we need to open up the "Grateful Cook" or "Grilling with the Dead" forum.

A number of xmas' ago one of my sales reps gave me a cookbook, "Cooking with the Dead." Great book with recipes and stories from the lot vendors. Complete with a recipe for 3 bean veggie burritos. I can still hear it being hollored walking out of Shoreline.

Thanks, Wineland! Ordered the book, and its on its way. My girl is a recovering vegetarian (and by that I mean she only eats meat because I do all the cooking). She'll love having that book - we both survived on lot food during our formative years.
Gas prices hold up, and I may fire up the 'special bus' for tour with the boys this summer! Got a gas grill, couple fold-out tables for a bed, sink, etc. all cued up and ready for "KIND, VEGGIE BURRITOS!! ONE FOR THREE, TWO FOR FIVE!!! AUTHENTIC NEW MEXICO GREEN CHILE!!!"
